These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and baazi vip (hereinafter referred to as "baazi vip", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the baazi vip website located at baazi-vip.vip, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, applications, and services offered therein.

By accessing the baazi vip website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or participating in any promotional offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

baazi vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated in writing by baazi vip.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

To access the full range of services offered by baazi vip, users are required to complete the registration process and create a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all duplicate accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change. baazi vip shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. baazi vip strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an additional layer of security. You agree to notify baazi vip immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

baazi vip will never contact you to request your password, full OTP, or complete payment card details via phone, SMS, or email. Any communication purporting to be from baazi vip and requesting this information should be treated as a fraudulent phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.

• Do not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your baazi vip account on your behalf.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other online service.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Review your transaction history regularly and report any suspicious activity without delay.

baazi vip supports a range of local and international payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified. The following payment methods are currently accepted on the platform:

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. There is no upper limit on deposits, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits which are outside baazi vip's control. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your baazi vip wallet within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect in your account balance.

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name and linked to your verified identity on the platform. baazi vip reserves the right to refuse any deposit, conduct enhanced due diligence, or request source-of-funds documentation for transactions that appear unusual or inconsistent with your stated account activity profile.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal is ৳500,000, with a maximum aggregate daily withdrawal limit of ৳1,000,000. These limits apply across all payment methods combined.

baazi vip targets same-day processing for the majority of withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after this cut-off or on public holidays may be processed on the following business day. baazi vip does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are beyond our control.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed the standard identity verification (KYC) process. Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must also be fulfilled before withdrawal of the bonus-derived balance. The original deposit amount is withdrawable at any time, subject to the verification requirements stated above.

baazi vip offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this section, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer only.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have successfully completed account verification and are in good standing.
• Each eligible player may claim a particular promotional offer only once, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and will be displayed as a distinct balance in your account wallet.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome and deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and table games may contribute 5% or less toward wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered through within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.

Seasonal Promotions

As a registered player on baazi vip, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on baazi vip and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Creating more than one account on the platform or attempting to access a closed or suspended account through a new registration.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with baazi vip.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, influence game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to defraud baazi vip or other players.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform's software to generate credits or winnings that would not otherwise be awarded under normal gameplay conditions.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, structuring, or any other financially illicit purpose.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or using payment methods not belonging to you.
• Verbally abusing, harassing, or threatening baazi vip staff members or other players through any communication channel.

baazi vip monitors all account activity continuously using automated fraud detection systems. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, thorough investigation, and potential permanent closure. Winnings accrued through prohibited conduct will be voided in their entirety.

baazi vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, unauthorised payment method usage, or money laundering indicators.
• Receiving a chargeback or payment dispute instruction from a payment provider in relation to a deposit made to your account.
• Identification of the account holder as an underage player.
• Determination that the player is located in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is prohibited.
• Request by the account holder for voluntary self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your baazi vip account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure request, any withdrawable real-money balance in your account will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and associated wagering-incomplete winnings will be forfeited upon account closure.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure — whether voluntary or imposed by baazi vip — your right to access the platform ceases immediately. You may not create a new account following a permanent closure imposed by baazi vip for breach of these Terms. Attempting to circumvent a closure by registering under a different identity constitutes an additional and serious breach of this Agreement and may be referred to relevant authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baazi vip, its directors, officers, employees, agents, game studio partners, and payment processing partners shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's voluntary gambling activity on the platform, including losses arising from individual game outcomes, sports event results, or promotional wagers.
• Temporary or prolonged unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, regulatory interventions, or telecommunications infrastructure failures in Bangladesh.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by the player's payment service provider, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.
• Loss or compromise of account credentials resulting from the player's failure to maintain adequate security over their login information.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the baazi vip platform, even if baazi vip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any event, baazi vip's maximum aggregate liability to any single player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to baazi vip in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through baazi vip's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. baazi vip commits to responding to all formal complaints submitted to [email protected] within five (5) business days.

baazi vip is committed to providing a safe and reliable platform. Use of the platform is entirely at the player's own risk and discretion. Players are encouraged to gamble responsibly, stay within their personal financial means, and make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings at all times.
